All our products are made-to-order and hand-painted, which means:

Each kurti is unique and crafted just for you.

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will investigate and provide a replacement or partial refund, depending on the case.
